Register as an ICE Team if:
A four-person Intergrated Critical Environment™Team (ICE Team™) must register using the ICE Team Registration Fax form. A First-Time ICE Team is considered a new team only if they are the first team representing their company at any past or current Symposiums.
Each team must have a User Delegate in each of the following functions:
- Q1-IT Strategic (VP or Director of IT, CIO)
- Q2-IT Operations (Data Center Manager, Network Manager, Critical Physical Layer Ops)
- Q3-Real Estate/Facilities Operations (Facilities Manager, Infrastructure Ops, Facilities Engineer)
- Q4-Real Estate/Faclities Strategic (VP or Director of Facilities or Corporate Real Estate)

Additional Registration Information:
Tuition includes:
- All Symposium materials
- Badge for admittance to Symposium presentations and exhibits. Photo ID required to obtain Delegate badge.
- All meals (Continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment break, reception and dinner with two drink coupons)
- The Path Forward 2007 Book—output of Symposium materials and white papers
- Membership into the E-Community of Practice through 2007
Restrictions:
Registration cannot be processed without payment in full. Payment must be made via credit card. Declined credit card charges or invalid credit cards cannot be processed.
Symposium capacity is limited. To maintain balanced industry viewpoints, Industry Delegate registrations will be capped and may be put on a wait list until User Delegate capacities are met.
Substitution of registrants can be made (if new delegate still meets eligibility requirements) at no charge up to February 18, 2007. Any changes after that date are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations must be received by February 18, 2007. Cancelled registrations are not refundable, but a credit may be applied to a future Uptime Institute event, less a $75 processing charge.
The Uptime Institute reserves the right to change the date and/or postpone or cancel the Symposium up to 2 weeks prior to the event, without liability to registered participants or to exhibitors other than to refund all fee collected.
The Uptime Institute will not share attendee contact information with any outside parties with the exception that information collected for the Symposium is solely for the benefit of attendees, the Uptime Institute, and its sister companies ComputerSite Engineering, Inc.®, Triton Technology Systems, Inc. and Symposium underwriters.
