Upsite continues to share its research and best practices with data center and IT managers.

PHOENIX, Arizona – March 13, 2019 – Upsite Technologies, the global leader in data center airflow management and cooling optimization solutions, today announced that it will participate in AFCOM’s Data Center World Global Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, March 19-22.

Upsite Senior Engineer and Company Science Officer, Lars Strong P.E., will headline an educational session for the conference’s Resource Efficiency & Cost Control track. The session, titled For Most Data Centers, Liquid and Air Cooling Will Not Be Mutually Exclusive, will discuss the growing demand for efficient cooling in data centers, and why a blended approach between liquid and air cooling solutions will become the norm for most facilities moving forward.

“I am excited to be back at Data Center World this year to share our knowledge and expertise on cooling optimization with other professionals in the industry,” said Lars Strong. “As liquid cooling finds itself back in the data center, successful integration with familiar air cooling will be essential to achieving the highest efficiency and capacities possible,” Strong added. The session will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2:10pm – 3:10pm.

In addition to the conference speaking session, Upsite will also display its award-winning line of products at booth #613, including their AisleLok® Modular Containment solution. Highlighted by its innovative design, AisleLok is the industry’s first tool-less containment system that can be self-installed in minutes. Upsite will be showcasing the newest addition to the solution, the AisleLok Sliding Doors, which can be installed in only three minutes by utilizing exclusive Magswitch® technology.

“At Upsite, we are committed to providing innovative solutions that effectively manage airflow and optimize the cooling infrastructure of data centers,” said Al Zoldos, Vice President of Upsite Technologies. “We are excited to showcase the latest innovations in our AisleLok Modular Containment solution, along with our flagship KoldLok and HotLok products at Data Center World,” Zoldos added.
